We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who wish to be a part of our Stellar family. The available positions are as follows:

 

Retail Sales Assistant

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations
  • General stock-take and perform cashier duty
  • Handles and responds to customer enquiries/feedback
  • Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping duties
  • Perform duties assigned by Store Manager
  • Perform Ear Piercing for customers, training will be provided prior

Requirements:

  • Having Sales/Retail experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English and preferably Basic Mandarin
  • Minimum O/N Levels
  • Timing wise can be discussed, preferably able to work during peak retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Performance incentives and sales commission (upon pass probation)
  • Preferably Singaporean/PR but Malaysians with SPM are welcomed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Experience: 1 year of Customer Service (preferred) and Singaporean (preferred)

 

Retail Ops Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Achieving consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards and customer satisfaction. You will be required to be a leader cum traveller, carrying out supervisory responsibilities by streamline operational processes from outlet to outlet.
  • Providing ground leadership to guide, motivate and support the workforce and to nurture a culture of quality customer service, good work safety, house keeping practices and continuous learning. Exhibiting your skillsets via managing manpower scheduling and upcoming operational projects. We are expanding, just so you know.
  • You will be responsible for matters pertaining to planning operations customer’s complaint, service promotion / marketing and customer service training of our frontline staffs.
  • Identifying operational issues, highlight and propose solutions to address and overcome it.
  • Set up and conduct audits on housekeeping, inventory and customer experience. You will have to work closely with our Manager and Management Team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

     Requirements:

    • Having Sales/Retail experience is an advantage 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Basic computer skills and MS Office is required.
    • Must be able to communicate in English and preferably Basic Mandarin.
    • Preferably Diploma and above. Experienced individual with lower qualification are also welcome.
    • No quota for foreign workers.

    5-day work week

    • Weekend availability

    Education:

    • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)
